THE PRIMAL ARMS RACE

Gain Primal Insight (PI) by scoring kills, assisting your fellow apes, or scavenging for Bananas of Knowledge. Fill your PI meter to instantly evolve your weapon to the next tier of primate punishment:

• Tier 0 (Fists): Start with your bare hands, capable of a quick combo and a disruptive ground-pound stun.
• Tier 1 (Branches/Rock): Choose the wide arc of the Twin Branches or the satisfying high-impact throw of the Heavy Rock.
• Tier 2 (Javelin): Master the art of the hunt. The Javelin rewards skill shots with massive damage and the ability to pin opponents to walls.
• Tier 3 (Shield/Sword): The Shield blocks frontal assaults, letting you get in close for swings with the Sword.
• Tier 4 (Blunderbuss): Set the ultimate ambush. The Chain Shot reels targets into point-blank range for a devastating Blunderbuss blast.
• Tier 5 (AK-47): Reach the peak of primate evolution. Wield the legendary "Banana Clip" AK-47 and dominate the battlefield with sustained, accurate fire.
